Welcome to Istanbul
Skyline at night

Welcome to Istanbul, the city where East and West, Asia and Europe meets and to the city that is established on two continents.

In general, the city consists of three parts; the European side consists of the old historical peninsula to the south, and to the north Galata District where our conference will be held. The Asian side has the New City.

The European side is a trade and business center, whereas the Asian side is more of a residential area. Istanbul is established on both sides of the Bosphorus, which connects the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara, and separates Asia
and Europe.

Today, Istanbul is still a political and commercial center for the Balkan and Middle Eastern Countries and the Turkic Republics of Central Asia. It is estimated that 12 -15 million people live in Istanbul, almost 20% of the Turkish population. Most of the 2 million tourists that visit Istanbul every year admire the historical and natural beauties of the city. You can find different cultures and religions and many historical monuments and museum.

Whether you like history, architecure, exotic food or just love to see something different, come to Istanbul. For more information click here.
