Registration
General Information

The conference is open to all who wish to make a presentation. Participants must register and attend the conference in order to present their paper. You may also attend the conference without making a presentation. 

Registration is mainly through Online Registration. To register by fax or regular mail use the printed Registration Form (pdf). The registration fee, in US Dollars or Euros is due in advance from all participants including authors. Each presenting participant is limited to one paper, either oral, about 15-20 minutes, or as poster presentation.

To assure your participation in the conference and inclusion of your paper in the conference proceedings, your registration fee must be received by May 2, 2010. If your registration will be late, or if you have difficulties making the payments online, please contact our office to make suitable arrangements.

Registration Includes
  • An evening reception.
  • Daily Lunch meals exclusive for conference’s attendees.
  • Attendance at all IAMB 2010 summer conference activities.
  • Present your accepted paper at the conference.
  • Conference program and conference proceedings on a CD.
  • Daily two refreshment/coffee/snack breaks.

Registration Fees & Dues:
Registration deadline is May 2, 2010.  Early registration* is applied for payments made before May 2, 2010.   Reg is registration after May 2. Students must be working toward their first Ph.D. or equivalent & show a valid student ID.

Cancellation Policy:
For any cancellation on or before May 15, 2010, a $75 cancellation fees will be assessed. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. The registration fee must be paid before the printing of the program. If none of the authors of a paper register by the due date, their paper will not be listed in the Conference Program nor published in the Conference Proceedings.
