Registration
General Information

The conference is open to all who wish to make a presentation. Participants must register and attend the conference in order to present their paper. You may also attend the conference without making a presentation.

Registration is mainly through Online Registration. To register by fax or postal mail, use the printed Fax Registration Form (pdf) (see instructions below). The registration fee, in US Dollars, is due in advance from all participants including authors. Each presenting participant is limited to one paper, either oral, about 15-20 minutes, or as poster presentation.

To assure your participation in the conference and inclusion of your paper in the conference proceedings, your registration fee must be received by March 11, 2012. If your registration will be late, or if you have difficulties making the payments online, please contact our office to make suitable arrangements.

Registration Fees & Dues:
Early registration* applies for payments made before February 12, 2012. Reg is registration after February 12, 2012. Students must be working toward their first Ph.D. or equivalent & show a valid student ID. Member applies to IAMB Membership.

How to Register online
  1. Go the registration Section (URL: http://events.iamb.net/event/long.php)
  2. Login or create a new IAMB profile
    Note: If you previously submitted your email address to IAMB (via submission or registration), it is likely that your profile exists already in our system. Enter your email address and then select “Forgot your password”. The system will assign you a new password.
  3. Complete the registration form and click "Submit"
  4. The Registration Details will be displayed
  5. Procced with payment by one of the following ways:

Payment by Credit Card or Paypal
  1. From the Registration Details screen select "Check out with Paypal"; the Paypal payment screen shows:
    • Payment by Paypal. Log into your Paypal account and complete the payment.
      Payment by Credit Card. Select the option "Don't have Paypal account" (in small print it reads: "Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest"); The Credit Card screen shows:
  2. Enter your credit card information and complete your payment.
  3. Note: Someone else can pay on your behalf and you may use company or institutional credit card.

Payment by Check
  1. From the Registration Details screen select the "Pay by: Check" option.
  2. Enter the check number or any relevant text
  3. Click on "Pay by Check" button to complete your registration
    Note: Personal checks (issued by US Banks), Institutional checks, Money orders or bank certified checks drawn in US Dollar are accepted.
    Checks must be received at least 45 days prior to the conference starting date.

Payment by Wire Transfer
  1. From the Registration Details screen select the "Pay by: Check" option.
  2. In the Check number field enter the words "Wire Transfer"
  3. Click on "Pay by Check" button to complete your registration

Cancellation Policy: For any cancellation on or before March 11, 2012, a $75 cancellation fee will be assessed. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. The registration fee must be paid before the printing of the program. If none of the authors of a paper register by the due date, their paper will not be listed in the Conference Program nor will it be published in the Conference Proceedings.
