APAMB 2006 will be held at the SIM Management House, located minutes away from the City Centre. The venue is well known as the preferred venue for corporate training in Singapore because of SIM’s successful and well-regarded executive development programmes, quality facilities and customer-oriented services. Besides providing corporate training, the venue also caters to membership activities, offered exclusively to corporate and individual members of SIM. The conference venue is well equipped, with a 268-seater auditorium, 6 lecture theatres, 14 seminar rooms, 2 computer laboratories, a business centre and a management library with one of the most complete collections of management-related publications in Singapore.

All rooms are installed with world-class audio-visual and IT equipment which are both comprehensive and user-friendly, enabling participants to conduct their presentations with ease. Each room will have available an overhead projector, and LCD projector connected to a computer for your Power Point presentation. In addition, a drawing board and easel and paper will be available to assist you. Technical support will be on stand-by throughout the day for the duration of the conference to attend to any queries or requests for assistance.
Publicity
The extensive database of SIM membership will be leveraged for the publicity of the conference so as to increase the awareness among the members. Partner universities, such as University of Warwick, the University of Sydney and The George Washington University, will be approached to provide academic support to the conference. The IAMB database will be used to inform additional potential participants. The conference will be also listed in various conferences listing web sited and publications to enhance the exposure and the awareness for the conference
